Google Analytics

When someone visits www.octanise.com we use a service called Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.

Sage offers an accountancy package, used and known worldwide. We use this to store all past and present customer details including financials, emails, contacts and phone numbers.

Octanise

Octanise is a project management system that stores all our suppliers and customers details. We use this to create quotations to provide a service to our customers and store our suppliers quotations to procure a record and manage their service.

We’ve made some updates to our privacy notice. These changes relate to personal data processed by Stowson when we’re providing services to you.
